Years ago I was a producer for the Bravo show, Vanderpump Rules and one of the main cast members has a specific affinity for Ranch dressing. So much so, that I cannot see or hear the word ranch and not think about her, or that time in my life. Plus I feel her so hard, ranch dressing is DELICIOUS and should be put on everything. Which is why it makes so much sense to me that it’s a part of this recipe.

Vegan Sheet Pan and Vegetarian Sheet Pan Ideas
While we aren’ t vegans or vegetarians (anymore) my husband and I both spent years, (he spent decades) as a vegetarian. So our default tends to go into meatless ideas when we’re strapped for time or craving something super flavorful.
These sheet pan dinner ideas for vegetarian and vegan meals are super smart and creative, and still huge time savors without sacrificing flavor.
Roast veggies in the oven. Make pasta on the stove. Both of these things you can do while sipping wine and reading a book (and checking the pasta after a few minutes). Dinner is done.

I think the thing I love the most about sheet pan nachos is the pan is also the plate in our house. We let it cool just long enough so the little fingers don’t get burnt but we all hover around it like it’s a nacho buffet!
If you’ve never tried portobello mushrooms, they’re an incredible meat replacement. Chewy and flavorful with that umami kind of taste. These fajitas look amazing!
While technically a side dish this could easily turn into a main with a bit of rice or pasta. Even over some toasted bread and an egg over easy.
The next section is all about pizza so I felt it fitting to put this last dish at the end so you can add it to your sheet pan pizza recipe ideas.
